A conviction should not remain on your record for life. Fortunately, North Carolina allows your charges to be expunged from your record and we are ready to help you navigate through the intricate system of expungements.
Benefits of Expunction
Removes records of arrests, charges, and convictions
You are not required to reference any expunged arrest, charge, or conviction, including to current or potential employers
You cannot be punished for perjury for failing to reference any expunged arrest, charge, or conviction
